Guitar Hero needs to stop bullshitting and go ahead and make a game for the greatest guitarist of all time!

@Nap712 dude what the fuck is wrong with you LOOOOOOL. I play guitar for a while now, I've played guitar hero, kinda found it a waste of time, even being sort of cool, I think it's a stupid game
-
@Nap712 hahaha your so stupid... that's the lamest thing i've ever read.
-
@Nap712 hahaha your so stupid... what kind of example is that?
-
Haha Nap712 is right. Think about it. Would you steal cars, or go out to Vietnam to fight a war? Exactly. So there's no difference when you tell someone to play a real guitar. GH players don't have to play real guitar if they don't want to. Even I'm mature enough to say so, and I play BOTH. Real guitar is fun, and so is the video game. So shut up
-
attention to all adults that are huge nerds at this game u cant play this on a real guitar
-
The Guitar Hero haters who play a real guitar are ignoring the fact that with this game there is an opportunity for kids to develop an interest in playing a real instrument such as a guitar.

@mnpd007 Why don't the Rock Band experts learn to play drums? Why don't Cruisin' USA experts learn to drive a race car?
-
Jimi Hendrix , no doubt
My son has one of those Guitar Hero thingies and got to expert on about anything, I can't believe such a toy exists... why so much discipline, time and effort learning to manipulate a game, when the same effort would have you play a real guitar?

@mnpd007 For the same reason I'd rather sit home and play Call of Duty or Grand Theft Auto than to actually go out to war or go car jack someone at knife point. It's a video game!

@Nap712
Not the same thing... shooting people, getting shot and stealing cars is one thing, playing a guitar is quite another. I play guitar, and would have hated to have spent all that time and effort just to master a game and being left with the complete inability to strike a simple chord or riff on a real guitar.

@mnpd007 My point being it's a video game. It's good to escape reality every once and a while, to get away from people like you. hahah jk :)

@Nap71 MNPD007 is right.
You're argument is plausible in those kind of games , where actions are dangerous or illegal, but people still want to do it for the adrenaline , so they do it in a game rather than real life.
The problem is that any normal human being WANTS to be famous, and talented. Why try to simulate playing music when it's cheaper to buy a guitar than the whole game/console. The fact is that the time and effort put into playing this game could be put into playing real guitar ...

@LAZBOY112 A video game, is a video game. I don't get points for playing real guitar. I can't get my friends together (who aren't musically talented) and go for achievements with a real guitar. I can't battle people in Japan to compete for the best score online with a real guitar. It's a completely different hobby. The 2 cannot be compared
