Yea that is not a lyric mess-up, it makes the song more personal. If your focusing that hard on making sure the lyrics are the album version then your missing the rest of the music experience.

Yeah, he did the same thing at their concert I went to this summer. But who cares it's still really good :)

I don't consider that 'messing up', I remember watching a live green day performance on tv and Billie Joe switched around a bunch of words, and it was definetely not by accident. I thought bands just always did that.
