Nah I was actually there. He just signaled the body guard to kill him (hence the cut neck gesture). The performance by the guitar man was well executed. I couldn't see as he was far away, but I do believe they gave him a free copy.

I think he actually gave him a book! Oh, and he called him a "little fuck" when he came up to get it signed. It was a mixture of amusement and annoyance in my opinion as the guy tried to kiss him when they had their picture taken.
