  • how long did this journey take? and scooters arent a loud on the highway since there only 50cc. so where you on back roads?

  • @poet79ful it took 2.5 months. We took the scooters on state routes where they're allowed, not on highways.

  • @pdrop what kind of license is required?

  • @KeeperOfTheBeans the rule here in California and I think all over the US, is that if the engine is less than 50cc you can operate it with a drivers licenese. Any higher than 50cc, you need to get a motorcycles license. The one I had was 49cc.

  • @pdrop where did you purchase yours from? I looked around and found some for about $700 w/ $200 shipping. Does that sound about right?

  • @KeeperOfTheBeans That's about the price I paid. They're kinda junk, but you don't need a motorcycle license and they get the job done. If you're looking for something more reliable, then go with a name brand like yamaha, Genuine, Kymco, or Vespa.

  • was the KYMCO scooter a 125cc? I have a baja sc 50. I hope it makes it past the 3000 mile mark. Great videos.
