  • I hear a Meadowlark, a cricket, a train, a drive by and a lecture.

  • Lol crossfit makes you mediocre at running and weightlifting. They are skinny, weak, and decent runners. And not to mention they love terrible form.

  • @JoePro226 so what. there thousands of SEALs and almost all are/were better at it than him. Only CF walkos validate themselves and others by titles. No wonder this cult took off in california.

  • Funny, but people forget that Dave Castro was a SEAL Chief.

  • Crossfit sucks anyways.

  • @jimpange yeah...they are actually starting to believe there bullshit training methods...

  • AWESOME. One the mark!!!!

  • @mikeypsvcc Way to own that crossfit douche. Those guys act like they are the only people who do hard training and, as you point out, most are pretty average runners when its all said and done.

  • I went and read the full story and I wonder why Robb Wolf was surprised he got fired when he told someone with the power to get rid of him to "take the high paying nutition job and shove it up your Ass" I'm just saying if I did that in a corporate setting I would know the second those words left my mouth I was done.

  • @dvivgaauto how do you rate comments on youtube? 5 stars? 10 thumbs ups? i donno, but your comment gets both of those. thank you for addressing the overuse injury point, and let me add that the form most crossfitters employ is absolutely horrendous. -i've been in gyms for over 10 years, and recently took up some 10k/half marathon attempts, injury free so far. i want to talk to someone after 10 years of crossfit and see how they feel. i train for results, but also for longevity..
