do you think it has anyting to do with the fact that yankees and red sox have the two biggest fan bases in the nation???? its not biased, its called marketing. they are not going to give the cincinatti reds the same coverage because they have an eighth of the fan base. they cover the dodgers, cubs, yanks and sox the most. its obvious. not a conspiracy theory, just smart marketing dumbass

well maybe if other teams played better people would like them more you fucktard. espn gives attention to teams with big fan bases. And as far as "espn and the northeast" there are yankee fans EVERYWHERE you fucking asshole. THATS THE REASON WHY ESPN PLAYS SO MUCH OF THEIR SHIT. you see ppl in LA with yankee hats on, you see professional athletes with yankee hats on. ppl like them, and espn gives ppl what they want. its not fucking hard to grasp here.

i hate to break it to you bud but only people from new york and boston like those teams. all the small to medium large market team fans despise the yankees, red sox, patriots, lakers, etc. and if they want to help out their cause why not move the HQ to a midwestern city? how about St. Louis or Kansas City? nope, theyre gonna stay in new york, and keep pleasing yankee and red sox fans so those jackasses dont kill them in their sleep.

as much as i hate the yankees and red sox(go blue jays) they have fans all over the nation. i went to a tampa bay rays game and there were more yankees fans than rays fans.

I was with you tell the "played better people"...who won the All Star MVP last year, batting title, etc. If you look at the real best players in the league you'll find most don't play for either the BoSox or the Yanks--its the media attention. I know, I know what you're thinking Johny Damon was only good as a BoSox or a Yankee. I mean he sucked all those years he played in KC...oh wait, no he didn't

i agree he didnt suck, and i still dont think that hes very good. he is certainly not a "star"...and not many great players on the yankees and sox??? pretty sure arod has won the mvp twice for the yankees, CC just won the cy young a year ago, dustin pedrioia just won the mvp, are you really bitching that big market teams with big market players get more attention??? come on dude, just let it go. its really not that big of a deal.
