On the 28th of Jan 2009 they extended them to get one more moose. The problem is Sarah did not listen to Monegan and others. They told her that this exact Issue was going to happen this Winter with the Rural Villages. She also went without A rural advisor for 3 months during the winter. She just hired a Hunter for her Board of Game not a true Scientists.
Nice try spinning this the way Palin supporters do and ignoring the true Facts.

Did you read the interview? He agrees with Palin on the issues but he does not know what issues he Agrees with. She does her Homework as well as Obama did on some of his Selections.
The Problem she is Worse because she does not know who to hire and hires Friends for jobs they do not have any clue on what to do.
She gave Kopp who replaced Monegan 10k for 2 weeks and not doing anything other then waiting for Confirmation.

Let me get this straight; Gov't took the land, shipped the kids to boarding schools, didn't allow voting rights, took the right to fish & hunt, failed to provide basic health services, disallowed the language, and now...after these effects have come home....sorry,
"government isn't the answer" and you should move.
Government has an answer: genocide. Be it cultural genocide or outright death of a whole race, this is what it looks like.

The problem came about in part due to the Alaskan Board reducing the amount of days they can Hunt. If the State Steps in and takes away from them then the State has to give back what it took. Under the Palin Admisntration they have increased the amount of Commercial fishing and thereby, Reducing the amount of Fish that the Natives can take, and in some cases it dpepted the fish for natives.

She just extended the hunting season for the rural villages. They now have all the time they want to hunt and fish.
