Alright everyone this is the deal: Before each show, there is always a DRESS REHERSAL. That's where the judges take the notes that they are going to say on the actual show. So, when the judges were giving their feedback, Paula read ALL of her notes about Jason. Get it? She's NOT drunk, and the show is NOT rigged.
I know this because my uncle is one of the producers.

If she was all that much of a 'drunkass' (as u so kindly put it) some one like Simon Cowell would sure as hell not go out of his way to protect her. It was an honest mistake, something that YOU as a normal human being like everyone else should understand.
