My bro, it is great seeing you back and I am sure you will loss that weight you gained, because you are truly encouragement, Wow 12 ccs in 14 ccs band with no real restriction this thing is something else. What, you went from 54-44 waist size, way to go I hope to continue to hear from you my brother......
