"Boulevard of Broken Dreams" is a song by American punk rock band Green Day. It was released as the second single from their seventh album, American Idiot. The song was written by Green Day, with lyrics by lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong. "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" remains one of Green Day's signature songs.
It was ranked the number one on Rolling Stone's Reader's Choice: Singles of the Decade list in 2009 and number 65 on the 100 Best Songs of the Decade list in the same year. As of 2010, it has sold 2,084,000 copies in the United States, and was certified 2x Platinum. The single peaked at number two in the United States, making it Green Day's most successful song. "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" won the Grammy Award for Record of the Year.

On the description you mixed the Artist and the Cover by around. I'm sure this cover isn't by Green Day? And the song wasn't originally written for an orchestra.

this is awesome i'd listen to this version then the original. i dont mean to pry or anything but could you do a cover of 'holiday' or 'romanticide' by nightwish.
