The father of FPS, and long overdue a playthrough.

DooM is vintage in every aspect, and although simple in mechanics and basic in looks compared to modern FPS, it's a legend.

My net dies at the end of the third chapter (set 1), killing the stream obviously. Even though at the time I intend to finish the last chapter that night, I don't till the next day. As such, there's no official sign off at the end of set 1, and set 2 is more of a 'set 1.5' to wrap things up.

Difficulty is set on Ultra-Violence, which is second from the hardest (as mentioned, we don't do that respawning enemy crap).

By the way.. you could've got the chain gun in the second level... and one of those backpack things that doubles your ammo capacity... and you could've got the rocket launcher in the 3rd level.. but hey at least you got them now. I think it's just me and my memorization of the first Episode talking. I mean, I don't know jack shit about the other three episodes.. but the first one I played all the time when I was a kid, even before I had the full game, thanks to shareware.

oh and umm on my phone ive got the doom game (still not as good as the main pc doom though) the semi invisable pink demons are called blasphamers or somthin like that but i cant remember
