but I do not seem to make my guitar sound the same....what tuning do I need to consider?

It's just normal guitar tuning.

1:e 2:B 3:G 4:D 5:A 6:E

Perhaps your guitar is not in tune with concert pitch. There are loads of free guitar tuners on the net.

I decided to learn this piece with your tutoriol and your method is the best on the net. I teach Classical & Flamenco guitar and I have always wanted to learn this intro. I have it now with adjustments because I use my nails instead of a pick. Great teaching; a bit fast for me, but that's me. It's great that you reference the strings by their alpha names rather than as so many who say "first finger, on second string at 4th fret, Too many numbers, and hey, we gotta learn the string names. Bravo Zulu!
