  • one of the most important things a cooking peer has said to me was(i know its cheesy) "where there is a will, there is a way" and i will never forget it or its significance.

  • @Youbian What does that mean?

  • With all the people starving in the world.

  • yup, do your job!!

  • If you work in any kind of service, especially hospitality, this is just part of what it takes to be excellent.

  • @SeamusUbersax Well, I hope you become someone who becomes someone who Pushes themselves to excellence rather than being someone who missed the point..I am Karmakomodia and I still have something to say...

  • Easy for him to say.

  • What a load of self-important meaningless film school bullshit!

I'm Graham Anderson, and I had something to say.

  • I think what he's saying is you don't back down, or give up. If someone asks can you do this, you say "yes", suck it up and find a way to get it done. Rise to meet the challenge, expect more from yourself.

  • I think he's talking about loyalty to a chef who has a clear vision and has earned your respect, not one who just barks orders.
