@MarianneReeves Yep.. ofcourse diet program is way better than the surgery.. Surgery as we all know wouldn't last plus it will cost you a lot and its painful you know.. :(

I know this great diet site that is famous for its diet program, its WeightLossAction.Info.. its really an effective one and my sister did tried it and lost a hundred lbs in just a couple of weeks..

Ok so I personally think the problem with that pill is , yes you do lose 10-14 pounds in 2 weeks, but yes it is mainly your water weight. And the bad thing about water weight is you can gain it back so easily. The only way to prevent the weight gain is too drink alot of water. To know how much water to drink what you have to do get your weight and divide by two. Then drink that amount of water in ounces. For example if you weigh 140 pounds, you would drink 70 ounces of water. The lighter you ar
