Ming Tsai is just a Chinese American who tricks the big noses into thinking he's a real good Chinese cook. His Chinese at the end is pretty fucked up, and I doubt his real name is Ming. Probably it's John or Richard or some shit.

Look, I've got a sister-in-law who's allergic to egg yokes! At least shrimp's got a lot of flavor WITHOUT the fat of egg yokes! How about giving some consideration for people who have egg allergies!
