Persona 4 "The Almighty" (On Guitar)

My attempt at "The Almighty" song for Persona 4. Not sure if I played it exactly right, I only practiced it for about 45 mins I think. So some notes are probably wrong.

*sigh* This game really found a deep place in my heart, I never felt that sad when I finished a game, I just don't wanted it to be over q_q (True Ending of course). I think I'll always have some music from it in my mind just walking around and stuff ^^ It's crazy, when I saw the credits I suddenly realized that I've finished the best game I played

I've pretty much mastered the main riff and the solo, I just can't for the life of me figure out the chords used for the whole song x___x

Would it be possible to either tab the chords or to record yourself playing them so I could learn them a bit easier :D?
