A mash-up of Sum 41 and Fall Out Boy. Both songs were quite similar, so I thought I would try it. I know the beat is out just before the second verse, but hey.

Enjoy!
and Sorry about the picture, I couldnt get it to fit at all.

**I do not own either of the original songs, although I made this mash-up**

  • they both have different tempos, try changing FOB's tempo a little higher

  • Is there? Lemmie know if you find it dude, I cant find one anywhere.

  • Isn't there one made by mtv?

  • Ive not actually altered the songs themselves. its just 2 songs ontop of each other, at the same speed, with one song muted/cut-pasted here and there, ive not had to extract the vocals or anything.

    example,

Take the bridge/instrumental part to one song, and cut and paste it so that it plays at the same time as, say, the solo from the other song. If they work well together (eg same key) then there you go, thats really all I did.

  • i have it's AUDACITY, but it lacks the ability to mash up songs, remove vocals and remain the instrumental and overlap it with another song

  • If you've got any kind of recording software then I guess it should be possible. If not, then you should be able to download a trail version of something like Cubase or Reason.

Have a look to see what recording stuff your computer has =]

  • is there a way that i can do this on windows xp or vista? please help me dude, thanks

  • Hey dude, thanks for watching!

Im on a Macbook, I used Garageband for it. Imported one track straight from Itunes (un-editable), but had to make an audio recording of the other track so I could change its speed/key to make the songs fit each other. Then it was just a cut and paste job, =]
