Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake - Gray Fox Battle

Here's the battle with Metal Gear D and Gray Fox from the original MSX2 version. It's an english fan translated ROM, an official english translation has since been released as an extra in MGS3 Subsistence. Though it replaced the realistic movie star look-a-like portraits with new artwork that's more in line with the later games.

Oh and while we're at it, before commenting you might wanna think to yourself "Hm, this video has over 1500 comments, am I really the first one to mention Big Boss's similiarity with Sean Connery?".

Big Boss = Sean Connery
Gray Fox = Tom Berenger
Colonel Campbell = Richard Crenna
George Kessler = Dolph Lundgren
Solid Snake = His intro portrait was without a doubt based on Mel Gibson, the codec portrait however...well it's still supposed to look like Mel Gibson, the artist screwed up though. A lot of people are saying he looks like Michael Madsen and they've got a point...still, if you imagine Mel Gibson from the early Lethal Weapon movies while looking at Snake's portrait and squint really hard you may still see some Mel in Snake.

I like the way they made Snake and the others look in the MGS3 port. They all look like their nomal selves, heh-heh. Fox and Snake were the worst looking ones in this version.
