Annika Martin is a volunteer from Germany spending 8 weeks working in Cork, Ireland at a care home that supports people with disabilities. In this video she tells us why she chose to spend her time off volunteering and explains how she's helping the centre. I dont mean to sound disrespectful OK? but I wonder how disabled are you? If you are on a wheelchair, but can move your arms, why can't you join a sports club for disabled people where you can meet other people like you?
I hope you find something there.
P.S you are not the forgotten people, God is still there with you.

do you know a web site where people with disabilities can keep in contact on a friendly basis only... i have physical disability... and would love to meet people like myself.. share interests etc... particularly in cork, carrigaline.ireland.. we are the forgotten people... thank you...
