Chapter 17!
**Marissa's POV**
I can't beleive I kissed Nick again. He's good. He smiled into the kiss and deepened it more. He put his hand on my waist on crawled on top of me. He was begging for entrance in my mouth and I let him in. This felt good to be doing this again. I've waited so long. Suddenly, something hit me. A scent. I pushed Nick away and growled looking around the room. I felt my eyes turn black. I looked at Nick and he looked just as pissed as I was. Josh was here. I could smell his nasty scent. We walked out of the room and Nick's family was here again.
"Joe saw." Kevin shrugged. I growled again. I hate Josh. What is he going to do? I dont want him anywhere near Nick Junior. Where is he?
"I'm not sure. Let's search." Joe said. We all split into a groups of two. Me with Nick, Joe and Josette, Lana and Kevin, Denise and Paul, and Robert with Cam. We started to walk outside. We kept our silence because we didn't know where he was. It was hard to find their exact location. We aren't trackers.
"Where do you think he will be?" Nick whispered.
"How should I know?" I whispered back.
"Well, you should know Josh enough to think of something that would ruin your life." Nick shrugged. I went deep in thought trying to think of Josh and his ways to ruin me. Then I came up with a good one. My eyes widened.
"N-Nick?" I whispered.
"Yeah?"
"We left Junior in his room." I said.
"And?" Nick asked. Suddenly, I heard a scream of a young boy. Junior!
"NO!!" I screamed. I saw Josh and a couple of demons jump out of Junior's window. Josh was holding Junior!
"NICK!!!" I started to chase after Josh but he was too fast. Nick tried but he couldn't catch them.
"Mommy! Daddy!" Little Junior said defenseless. I fell to my knees crying as I watched them run away. Suddenly, I thought popped into my head.
"Nick! Put them to sleep!" I yelled out loud. Junior nodded but nothing happened!! I started to cry and chase them again. I was 70 yards away from them. Josh turned his head to me and smirked.
"His powers don't work on us." He said and went out of sight. I stopped running and fell to the floor crying so hard. I just lost my baby. I felt the whole family walk upto me. Nick fell to his knees too right by my side.
"N-Nick?" I turned to him my tears blocking my vision. He turned to me. He was crying too.
"Yeah?" He said pulling me into a hug. I cried harder into his chest overwhelmed.
"He's gone!" I cried.
"No. NO. We will get him back Marissa. I promise. " He said rubbing my shoulders.
"B-But Josh- " I cried.
"Won't do anything to him." Joe said looking off into the distance.
"W-what?" I asked.
"I see him doing nothing to Junior. He's just waiting for you and Nick. He doesn't expect all of us to come though." He smirked a little.
"We're going to fight?" Nick asked.
"Together." Paul put his hand on his sons shoulder. "Let's get home and collaborate." He said. Everybody stood up besides me. I felt them all start to walk back to the house. But one pair of feet walk towards me. I saw an open hand from the corner of my eyes. I smiled weakily and took it. Immediately, Nick pulled me tight into his arms and rubbed my back softly.
"Everything will be okay." He whispered.
"How do you know?" I said sniffling.
"Because it's you and I." He said. "No matter what we are inseperable. Marissa, I know I will never be able to make up those two years being away. I wish I was their to go through your mood swings while pregnant, I wish I could hold your hair up while you and the toilet connected," I laughed at the saying. " I wish I was there to rub your belly and feel it kick. I wish I was there holding your hand while you crushed it giving birth. I wish I was there for Nick's first year. I know I am never able to make it up. I missed a year a Juniors life but I'm not going to miss anymore. You can't get rid of me Marissa.Until the last snow ever falls, I will still love you." He said. I smiled. I put my hand on the back of his head and pulled him into a kiss. He must've been stunned at first but then he started to kiss back. I pulled away and smiled.
"Nick?" I asked.
"Yeah." He said.
"Let's go kick their ass."
