Ive did my editing progress diffrent:

I recorded the clips, 30fps, -0.5 slow (30fps, I cant record 60 xD)
& then Ive synced and stuff in sony vegas (ALSO CC (MAGIC BULLET LOOKS, BECAUSE ON AFTER EFFECTS IT WOULD BE REALLY LONG RENDERING) Rendered it & then putted the file into after effects,
And added some effects :D

Render Time Sony vegas:30Minutes
Render Time After Effects 50Minutes
