This is not a lesson.

People, this lick isnt actually that hard. And yes, it IS a lesson.
It's just some legato with a couple of string skips and a tap slide, a couple hours of good practice with a metronome should get you up to speed.
The thing that separates people like Vai, Gilbert, Satriani, Malmsteen etc, is that they would have listened to it slowly at the start of the video and worked it out for themselves, you can even see his fingers ffs. Why does everyone need to be told notes and tabs? use your ears!

Here's how to play it!- a-10 g-7 g-9 g-12 e-7 e-10 e-12 e-tap 15th fret, slide to 19th with tapping finger, slide back to 15th, pull of with tapping finger to pinky on fret 12. And then from fret 12 just do the lick backwards to get to a-10. Paul gilbert would probably want you to play with alternate picking on this one too. Thumbs up so everyone can learn how to do it please!
