Quality of everyone's recordings contributed towards the quality of the final result. Thus, some seem louder than the others, when not really. The vocals are made, to the best of Michi's ability, to be on the same volume. Not too many effects were added, as to give an impression of a concert. Some vocals last longer than the original performance's because they were either not caught before mixed, or they seemed to sound nice[-er]. Some instrumentals are self-made and some are official releases. Depending on the quality they give, they will have different volumes. Thus, the volumes are not the same in each clip. Some self-made instrumentals SUCK, so they are not the best, but are more than nothing.
Video synching might be off because either the singer did not sing to the exact timing of the original (which is quite hard to do!), or Michi needs [much] more experience with her new video programme (she only likes that she overlay the video with text anywhere on screen~).
