Way to go on your spelling, but I'd understand if you're Russian. I'm Russian but I went through years of learning English.
Bratzulegii, it would actually be proper to say 'The Spetsnaz' because of grammar usage. You don't go around saying 'I'm in special forces', you say 'I'm in the special forces. So yes, you would say THE Spetsnaz.
