Don't be silly. Of course Black people can have green or blue eyes. It's rear, but it does happened. Full black people can certainly have light skin too. I've met many Africans who were as light as this guy. This guy probably does have some admixture somewhere down his bloodline, possibly a White grandparent, but I doubt he's half White/non-Black.
