I there a rule about being directly under the aircraft there? Your video is the only one I can find with a shot from centerline of the runway on the beach. I will be there in 3 months( first trip ever out of the states) and im dying to get under those widebodies on approach!!! Whats the best way to ge to that beach? Is it far from kamala? thats where im staying.

I stayed in Kamala too, just take a Taxi to Nai Yang beach, and then walk a bit north, you wont miss it!!! It's really an all-day-attraction!!!

i went to phuket for new year too. the new year fireworks where i was were amazing

however i didnt go planespotting, i spend most of my time on the beach :)

How often do the Thomson's go into Phuket from the UK

it's close to St maartin but the planes are higher on landing and the runway is farther from the beach but besides that it the second St maartin. the 767 looks alot better with winglets
