  • whos the retard doing the audio comment??

  • That would be me. Thanks for the constructive feedback.

  • wow! I guess I have alot to learn cause you seem to know almost everything about about this film

I tried to look at it from the same critical view as you have

I guess its because I want to be a director and haven't yet graduated and gone to film shool.

You seem educated! Do you want to be a director or movie reviewer?

  • Hi ToeMas - thanks for writing those kind words -- I saw your own site dedicated to Dario and it's very impressive. That's pretty funny what you had to say about the rules of YouTube ("I guess girls getting their throats's slit and eyes cut out is okay, but a little nudity isn't allowed")

You can find out more about my own films and film writing on my website alsolikelife. If you want to read more about INFERNO follow the link in the details on this video clip.

  • @waybexxx I meant to say this film in particular. Although I do fuckin love Goblin, especially the main theme for profondo rosso. Cheers for the correction though! :)

  • @craigswoodle I think you're getting Emerson and Goblin mixed-up.

  • My friends like this movie but I saw it years ago. I don't know what the big deal is about this flick I mean it is not really scary and there is not much blood either. It just bored me it seemed most of the movie is watching people wander around quietly looking for things.

  • I'm all for intelligent commentary on "low" cinema genres such as horror, and kudos for the obvious admiration for the film, but I found this somewhat pretentious and unilluminating. Was it really necessary to bring in tangential references to Tarkovsky and Antonioni, "trapezoidal areas" and the like? And Emerson's "torturous" score actually fits Argento's stylized and surrealistic visuals like a glove.

  • I like Suspiria but I like Inferno the best. My favorite scenes are the ones with Irene Miracle

  • Great insight, I loved Susperia, I think I'll check this one out too.

  • Nice, I love videos like these.

  • i love Dario Argento!

  • @BARCACROSSESTHEALPS Agreed, Emerson and Argento go together like a motherfucker. His films would probably not have been anywhere as good to me if not for Emerson.

  • what is this movie about?
