Over 1,200 drivers from across the United States converged at AirPark in Lincoln, Nebraska for the 37th Annual SCCA Solo National Championships. The competition was tight with many of the top finishers in the 72 different classes separated by only thousandths of a second. Drivers, friends and family all had an extraordinary time and plans to return to Lincoln next year were met with wide applause and cheers.

  • Great video and editing!! Can get a a lot less music and a lots more engine/car sounds?!?!?!?!

    Cheers!!

  • @red911turbo Thank-you! Check out our music video of the 2010 SCCA Solo National Championships. It features more natural sound like engines, blow off valves and screeching tires!

  • will you be making another video from this year's event?

  • @kiirenza Yup, it's in the works!

  • Thanks guys, appreciate it. I had loads of fun watching, shooting and editing the event. Hope to see everyone next year!

  • Oops other vid

  • To be in this vid is just so sweet! that tire made me run for it!

  • @zorny79 Because typicaly, muscle cars are owned by older more expierienced racers. Their suspension may be tuned more. Where as the honda/acuras are ussually driven by younger less expireinced drivers that dont know how or havent tuned the suspension.

  • @zorny79 there are different classes which are based on multiple things one being amount of modification. But the Hondas and imports actually drove really well, there was a killer s2k and some nice ITRs. video might be misleading if you weren't there.

  • not knocking imports (i drive one, a 95 eclipse) but why are the american muscle (mainly point and go) able to take the turns with less body roll than the honda's and lotus'? it looks to me as if the evo and wrx were the only smooth imports there.

  • Hmmm... Nice video, but I didn't spot a single Solstice...
