Something I read recently sums it all up, namely that the best fashion statement of all is no fashion statement. Need I say more?

Why do you need a "style" in the first place? If anyone asks what style you have, say you're an individualist. If you are a real individualist (and there aren't too many of us) then you don't need a style that's determined by some marketers who use that strategy to make money off you. Leave that style conformance game to others who have more money than brains! Say, don't you need money for college? :-)
