  • They must have broken a lot of eggs before they got one on camera for the last bit!

  • @Luponious In farm fresh eggs it's a lot more common then you'd think but we did indeed crack a few eggs for this lesson. Hope you enjoyed it.

  • This is only one step in a bigger lesson on egg basics. This step is called "Egg Anatomy" and I agree it should be in the title.

  • You can't remove the blood spot on any way except with the tip of a knife

  • i studied gastronomy. When i taken the bromatology class: we studied the egg's proteins and his properties and i have to say that actually the yolk is the egg's part that has more proteins also has all the fat, but it that "the albumine has more than half protein of the egg" isn't correct. Greetings from Chile.
