the choices are like a tree growing, the land/earth is black, you can go in all directions, limited by youre knowledge/tecknology brain capacity to multitask. new information will then limit and or minimize youre next choices lines based on previus knowledge taken into consideration, what i found out was 2 many who played fanatic civ3.. used "cheats" computer models/programs to "help" with growth production overlapping cities sizes and potential new spots

when i play civilization3 on fanatic mindset, I have to think more than 20,000 moves/choices ahead on a fixed line, i cannot describe it to a non civ3 player, it comes natural to us who are civ3 fanatics.
