I think he's trying to convey the simplicity of making, and destroying, babies, through abortion.

I can understand the perspective of abortion from this flick, but, look at what's in the bag with the "baby." It's just another commodity of the modern world...a basic essential - like eggs. Having a baby is a part of the "dream" for a perfect life/job/family/etc.. The pill could represent anything medicinal for which we acquire side effects that drown out our natural state of being. Perhaps it's about bringing life into a world that kills itself inadvertently. Not necessarily abortion.

we must consume life to have life. i think the biggest point i noticed in this animation was him trying to point out the irony in our society in that we have the one side who believe all life (even chickens) is sacred and that eating eggs is like eating babies. but on the other side we have those who do not support abortion as we see it as killing an innocent. so its kind of like asking. who do we consider innocent life.
