You bums want to form a Union than you should go form your own business. THe AFLCIO is a bunch of thugs who lobby every level of government for higher and higher taxes, and that is BAD for the American worker.

Not isolated at all.
In 25 percent of organizing campaigns, private-sector employers illegally fire workers because they want to form a union.
So-called "private ballots" are management-controlled elections. As former Labor Secretary Reich says, elections work in a democracy, but "the workplace is not a democracy." Employers hold all the cards, and the Employee Free Choice Act would enable workers who want to join a union to do so without harassment and loss of their job.

This must be an isolated event if it is true.
National Labor Relations Board statistics show that employees are illegally fired in just over 1 % of organizing drives.
Please carefully review this "Employee Free Choice Act" and you will find it eliminates the right of the individual to a private ballot to vote for or against unionizing. This subjects the worker to pressure and coercion, when he(she) should retain the right of a private and personal decision to join in a union.
