Sorry, but that's a "stolen" song. The original (the lumberjack) was written by Jesse Dupree and performed by his band named Jackyl.

Yes, in studio and live it was/is played with a chainsaw. You can find several videos on youtube, e.g. that one: youtube.com/watch?v=aYTy1rvzCf­Q (and about 125 others). It's one of my all-time-favourites ;o)

BTW: It was a great evening in your club when Mike Brosnan played there last year (I was one of his "team members"). Thanx for your hospitality...
