In 2008 an oil pipeline owned by Shell, failed and began spilling oil in Bodo Creek. Oil kept pouring out for more than two months before it was repaired. By then, many of the 70.000 people living in Bodo village had lost an important means of livelihood.
The pollution killed much of the marine life in the river.
Without the ability to fish the community of Bodo has become impoverished.

Not pathetic, just rational - the one who caused the pollution should pay for it - and the UN confirmed the pollution caused by Shell

they are only selfish because we allow them, imagine the whole world demanding a clean energy source like for instance hydrogen ? no business man sells what clients dont want.. as soon as a large percentage of this world realizes this and im talking about so called "developed" or "civilized" countries, they only destroy these countries because us.

you are extremely naive but a good person, justice is owned by governs witch depends on these corporations to buy oil witch in turn they sell to their respective peoples with above 50% taxations and please dont forget Medical services Water supplies Food supplies and everything else. you may be grateful for at least your freedom of thought and of choice cannot be taken away from you.
