Read the book Christaine F. if you want to know exactly what narcanon is. She goes into great detail about their drug councelling/auditing sessions. The book gives the impression that she eventually left Berlin to get off of heroin, but police reports and her file with social services shows that they allowed the move, even with criminal charges pending against her, because Christaine's family were afraid for her after threats were made by the CoS over her leaving the narcanon treatment center
