Adding "None of the Above" to ballots, and holding a new election with new candidates if it wins, has been a part of the Libertarian Party's platform since 1971. Incidentally, it was also what allowed for the capitalist movement in Soviet Poland to throw the communist bums out of office, when Lech Walesa's trade union party won the new election. NOTA won, and they actually held a new election. How many illiterate government youth propaganda camp graduates in the USA knew that? Not many!
