Dan Warner of Beefeater demonstrates how to make their perfect gin & tonic.

Garnish a highball glass with a thin middle slice of orange, lemon, and lime
Fill glass with ice
Add 1 1/2 oz Beefeater 24
Top with Fever Tree tonic
Stir

  • Rule #1: Fever Tree is the only tonic that allows you to taste the gin.

  • How about adding a small splash of Campari and a squeezed orange wedge to complement the Gin? I like to dilute a Gin & tonic with lots of ice in a tall glass so that the mix of bitter Quinine and Campari are not over powering, but are strong enough mimic the sensation of biting into an orange peel. It leaves a nice bitter aftertaste and with a large lime wedge it smells so good.
