This is what I've been doing and it seems to be working pretty damn well. I quit shampoo a few months ago and have been washing my hair with baking soda in water to make a paste. As a every other shower conditioning thing, I just mix oat flour and apple cider vinegar. I switch to combing my hair instead of brushing and I take biotin daily. Also, once a week I massage a very small amount of coconut oil on my scalp. So far so good.
