I wonder if the code has anything to do with research conducted by the Germans during WW2 involving invisibility. Possible the coordinates for the location of papers of artifacts concerning the Die Glocke. The key world seem to be invisibility, Berlin and a set of latitude and logitude coordinates. Possible the coordinates will reveal the location of the written documents concerning the test by the german scientist brought over to American during project paperclip.

Look at it closely. It's looks like the Microsoft Windows Logo (ie. I have Windows7 - bottom left corner of my screen looks just like it). Actually, the Swastika symbol makes up the frame of the logo. Does that have any relevance to Berlin?? - just askin
