Wow, Joe Witte did weather at KYW-TV before moving to NBC News? By 1983, he was weatherman for the debut of "NBC News at Sunrise." He is from Lacey, Washington so I have no idea how he ended up in Philadelphia.

I believe it is Stan Bohrman who was with the station from 1980 until 1983..that is strange how they didn't ID him there, but it is true that at the time there was a small staff of reporters that worked on the i team desk.
