i made a test map the exact same as what you did, and when i try to run it it either doesent run and when it does the characters are below the map. how would i solve this?

when i want to replace the text. of a wall it replaces evreything :( need help

Excuse me, when i run map there is a quick couple of lines of text that pass by in that one window, one of them appears red and i cant read it and the window closes. after that the map doesnt run. So i think that the system is telling me its broken but I cant figure out why because it goes by so quickly. Is there a way I can read the error message or have you had a similar experience and can help me? thanks.

I have another glitch. No matter what I will always spawn in the same place. And even my fellow survivors spawn inside of me. It's really scary.

When I first start up the editor I go to the Authoring tools and click "Hammer World Editor". Then a pop-up comes up and says it can't find any game configurations and that I must "Set them up in the Game Configurations tab of Options dialog box before loading a map."
Now, I'm tech savy and all but, I seriously have tried everything here and can't figure this out. If you could help me that would be epic! And great video, by the way. Hopefully, one day I could actually put it to use... /cryface
