I had a TIA in Sep 09 - followed by an endartectomy 2wks later , I was 85% blocked & herinated, yes memory & linear thinking are difficult - so thankful I have no paralyzis - but she speaks of the left brain assoc. with past - something I have wallowed in far too long- since the stroke though I have really been able to let it go & move forward-thankful for a new year

There IS a very simple, safe, legal and effective method for stepping into the right hemisphere experience any time. It's called meditation. There are many forms of meditation, as well as many forms called meditation that really aren't. I recommend Heart Rhythm Meditation. It provides for both a transcendent right-hemisphere experience and a reintegration into a shared left-right hemisphere experience. You can do it any time, any place and live a much more balanced life.
