You should have played with the ugly chick. When she loses her ball in the water or in the bushes, when lifts up her skirt. Not too bad for an 8-bit ass!

I remember this game has an AWESOME ending theme. I bought the game, played it till the end (got a crappy score) and waited for the awesome theme that I remember from my childhood, but no, no awesome song... Do I have to get a great score to be able to hear it? Anyone else remember?

This game was the BEST golf game on any system 20 years or so ago bar none. I had this pup mastered with Big Jumbo. -16 min every game.

I think the most senseless part is that it's called "Fighting Golf", but there's no fighting.

Don't diss the game. This was a great game for its time. And by the way, its Lee TREVINO, not TERRINO. A.K.A. the guy who shakes his head "no" in Happy Gilmore.

It's not like I don't know what was good in it's time, man. I'll be 23 later this year. I grew up on the NES. I know what was good at the time. I've played a lot of NES games and this isn't bad, but it probably could have been better.
And I've never seen Happy Gilmore... I don't watch many movies... or much TV at all for that matter. I explained in the annotations that I couldn't read the 8-bit cursive text very well in the short amount of time that the title flashed on the screen.
