@Wolffan321 or u just try harder when u think ur using chi. if u have to do somthing with ur hands to make one of those chi tricks work, then its not real. I'll believe it when I see someone move or bend something without moving any part of there body, or use body heat. until then its all fake to me.

Well you said you were strong. Tearing a phonebook in half? I certainly cannot do that. I'm young, and quite small, without thinking about chi energy or trying to put into the spoon, I can't even bend it down. Yet when I concentrate on my chi I can twist it, just as you did. I think for someone strong, sure this is possible without using chi, however for someone small like myself, its not possible without chi.

i am a silverwear inspector in a dinner in so. cal and i can twist butter knives into twizzler shaped forms...most of it has to be my strong hands but there is a point of mind over matter there too. something is hidden in the mind....and im not that big of a guy...meaning im not all that ripped with muscle to be this strong. wierd eh.?...maybe ill get some vid and post it soon...my place of employment is kinda of a private one. none allowed.

Congratulations, this goes to show that it is not that hard to do. People claim that it cannot be done, thank you for also showing people that you have performed this task.
