Je m'entraine depuis lundi sur mes anneaux , et j'ai fais une compilation des videos que j'ai pris durant la semaine .
J'ai réussis mon 1er full front lever ce matin , et en plus sur les anneaux !!!!!!!! Je suis trop heureux


I train for monday with my ring that i just get.... I make a video with all fotage i recorded from monday to today.
I'm very happy cause i did my frist FULL FRONT LEVER today you can seeon the video ,i did it on ring !!

i'm very happy about it , i train for a while for it !!!!!!!!!

  • you probably know this by now but those bulgarian dips are wrong. its hard to explain but your body should be in a straight line. in the video you let your hands and elbows go behind you instead of being to your side. its kind of like doing a cross. your hands shouldnt go behind you
