you probably know this by now but those bulgarian dips are wrong. its hard to explain but your body should be in a straight line. in the video you let your hands and elbows go behind you instead of being to your side. its kind of like doing a cross. your hands shouldnt go behind you

Nice job. I see you are getting the hang of the rings. As you get better you will learn how to control its balance. Not bad at all for a non gymnyst. But then actually, we are. Keep on rockin it kidd.
