W, it certainly did! Bravo! YF, J.

My l926 Reproducer is the same - and works fine, the sound is just a horn inside the case. I have a Victrola Model VV 210 155659 Plays great the case is not the original finish tho.

Thank you. Just imagine...This recording was made before most homes in the US even had electricity. This is an acoustically recorded using no electricity at all and the phonograph is also acoustic and the motor is mechanical requiring no electric whatsoever, just a little effort on my part by winding it up!

Sounds very good, especially with the camera off to the side like that. I'm impressed! I have wanted to do a few close up type clips for a while myself, but was worried about the sound quality. Bravo! YF, J.

Hi J,
I used science to overcome that problem. I took a cardboard box and placed it in front of the horn at an angle and directed the sound back to the camera. I know...I'm weird! But it worked.
