  • Typically the line is used for production work with the reclaim. However, a color change takes approx. 30 minutes to change over. When doing a color change the line does not stop because we can load and run parts on the way to the booth thru the wash tunnel and the dry of oven. The other say we ran over 800' of fence and saved over 100 lbs of powder on the reclaim. So yes saving over 500.00 of powder was well worth the 1/2 hour for the two labors to set up the reclaim.

  • Our guns do have sensor detection. Our line also is set up for reclaim. There is no powder waste. The powder reenters the booth with 12 seconds. This video was shot during our initial set up. The gun triggering has since been updated. When the parts enter the booth the guns trigger according to the part height afer a delayed count. All of our employees that work in direct contact with the clean room are required to wear resperators and p.p.e.

  • Our system has a cyclone recovery. No powder is wasted unles we spray to waste. There is detection on the recipricators for when the parts enter the booth and when they are past the automated guns. Also there are two openings for touch up from faraday cage.

  • you say no powder is wasted but unless your painting the same colour all day long the SPRAY TO WASTE SYSTEM is the cheapest way to powder coat if you change colours alot.......if a customer brings in an item to be painted how long does it take to set up the auto paint system to paint the item..

  • it aint that good where i work we could do the same job using only 4 autos its just wasting powder

  • Then I think you did not see the right equipment.... did'nt notice the guns above also spray when the first product passes. Should be triggered by product detection..... But still, pretty nice machine

  • Out of all the powder coating systems I have ever seen, this has to be one of the most efficient and professional jobs!
