Joe Horn, the Texas man who shot two illegal alien burglars who were robbing his neighbors home, was present at the San Antonio Tea Party at the Alamo. Glenn Beck did an interview with him.

There was a off duty police officer who apparently saw the whole thing go down from his car. He said he shot them in the back as they were running away. They were not armed.

I don't know if he should have shot those two men or not because I don't know all of the facts, but why are you conflating America with a gun crazy society? @vhulheim ok the law states you have to b in imminent danger, meaning you are in immediate danger.1 If he would have stayed in his home he wouldnt have been in danger, 2 there was no imminent danger because the robbers didnt have guns, 3 this was not a justified shooting, he should b in jail. it would have been a justified shooting if they had guns, too much force was used, whoever the judge was is an idiot

@dentonbrowne in texas if ur neighbor asks you to watch his property u have the right to defend it as if it were ur own. since the two men he confronted approached him and crossed onto his lawn (property) in a threatening manner he was justified in shooting them

He straight lied. If you listen to the complete 911 call, you hear him say "i don't know those people on that side" on this post he said they ask him to watch their house. On the 911 call after he murdered those guys he said "one is over in the yard and the other is running down the street" Now those guys was stupid. Rob a house in broad daylight with no gun. This was obviously murder. Except under texas law this is not illegal.

He says "They weren't running away, those men came at me"

But he shot them in the back.

He says before going outside "i'm going to kill them" and then goes and kills them when they try to run.
