this one actually helped me a lot! really goes in depth with each step, and right now im just trying to make it one movement instead of pulling up, stopping, and getting to the dip position

In any case, it´s a great video; an easy way to try to do muscle ups. My main problem is when i go down. I´m not able to put my body on the bar... again

@TheKarlo93 Hmm try to do a muscle up one hand before the other its easier and will teach you to do muscle up with both hands.
Great job Neill! Almost as good as mine! LOL! This will definitely get a few people over the muscle up hump.

this is a nice,good to understand and logic tutorial.. I am stil working on my MU's. I am gonna use this tutorial to finaly do them wright..
